1 Tally Perry No ECG, Kitchell, and Coastal Demo arrived on site prior to 7:00 am.
Noise did not begin until after 7:00 am when roll offs arrived.
Coastal Demolition focused on cleanup of footings, fencing, and
shrubs, and misc. debris of Palm Street lot. PARC plan and
oversight was implemented, and PARC personnel took over water
truck duties when Coastal was pulled elsewhere on site. Rincon
consultant on site to oversee any archeological findings in the
soil. Lot was cleared and asphalt swept by the end of the day.
Palm Street silt fence was fixed to Edwards and Kitchell's
standards. No accidents or incidents reported to Kitchell.
