1 Tally Perry No Edwards, PARC, Coastal Demo, and Kitchell arrived on site
before 7 am. Rincon was not needed on site because demolition
was not impacting below grade site materials. Kitchell walked
pedestrian plan for compliance. Demolition of Adobe and material
off haul began around 8:30 am. RRM arborist arrived on site
around 9am to witness demolition in tree dripline zone. Demolition
proceeded with no impacts to the tree protection zone. Parking lot
was swept by close of business. Kitchell, ECG, and Coastal
discussed plan for the next week and site BMPs. No accidents or
incidents were reported to Kitchell.
