1 Tally Perry No Kitchell , Edwards, PARC, and Coastal arrived on site before 7
am. No construction noise was made before 7 am. For the first
three hours , Coastal demo loaded haul offs and exported debris.
At 10 AM Rincon and RRM arborist arrived on site . Adobe
footing demolition began shortly thereafter. RRM arborist advised
on which roots to cut and oversaw footing demolition under oak
tree drip line . Coastal removed paver path in tree protection
zone under RRM oversight. PARC on site to oversee work taking
place was in compliance with their plan. Soil and demolition was
kept moist throughout the day. Coastal / ECG addressed
Hydraulic fluid leak marks in parking lot by covering with kitty
litter. At the end of the day , 85% of the Adobe foundation had
been demoed and approximately 60% off hauled off to Cold
Canyon where Hazmat manifests had been provided. First Mulch
delivery was coordinated and discussed between City and
Edwards. No accidents or incidents reported to Kitchell.
