1 Tally Perry No Kitchell , Edwards, PARC, and Coastal arrived on site before 7
am. No construction noise was made before 7 am . Rincon
arrived on site at 7:40. Coastal Demo spread first delivery of
mulch across some of Palm Street lot . Coastal Demo focused
attention on Monterey lot building footings and hauling off this
material along with some green waste. Rincon reported to have
found 2 historical bottles and documented them and discarded.
No incidents or accidents reported to Kitchell.
