1 Tally Richtsmeier No Kitchell, Edwards, and Coastal arrived on site at 6:45 AM. No
construction noise was made before 7 AM. Fence screen panels
were delivered and organized. Coastal Demo installed fence
screen throughout the day then secured the fence bases with
gravel bags and wire tie backs to T-posts. Kitchell and Edwards
met Rincon on site to discuss current site conditions, surveying
and staking of the ground to show 12" removal, and stockpiling
protocols for the upcoming soils removal. Kitchell, Edwards, the
City, and Coastal met on site to discuss upcoming work tentatively
scheduled for Wednesday (10/4) and on-site zone delineation. No
accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell.
