1 Ryan Stefanek No Edwards, Coastal, and Kitchell arrived on site around 6:45am and
no construction noise was produced before 7:00am. Rincon
arrived onsite around 7:00 am and was given 8 manifests for the
day. Trucks began arriving around 7:10 and loading proceeded
with 4 trucks were loaded and off site by 8:00am. Rincon was
seen observing the trucks before they left site for cleanliness of
tires and fenders along with proper tarping.
Between 12:00 and 1:00 all trucks arrived back onsite and were
loaded again for an additional trip to Kettleman Cities Waste
Management Facility. A total of 8 truck loads were hauled from
site today.
At roughly 11:15 the City notified Kitchell that they had recieved
calls about a fence being blown over and obstructing a sidewalk.
Kitchell notified Edwards and both parties met onsite to correct
and assess the situation. Edwards decided that additional poles
were needed to tie the fence back, and the poles and tie wire
were seen installed and working at the end of day.
Additional work was preformed on the south end of site to smooth
out and correct the slope down to the sidewalk at the fence line.
Slightly elevated levels of dust were created and observed.
Kitchell informed the operator and corrective measures were
taken to mitigate the issue.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
