1 Tally Richtsmeier No Kitchell, Coastal Demo, and Edwards arrived on site around 6:45
am. Some construction noise was made around 6:58 am and
Kitchell reminded the contractor to avoid this in the future. Elsa
with Rincon and Catherine with Rincon arrived on site around
7:00 AM. First truck arrived on site around 7:00 AM. Rincon
proceeded to collect signed waste manifests from soil
transporters and 10 trucks were sent out in the morning. 1 foot
soil excavation continued, moving closer to the stockpile on the
North West side of site. The last pole with a solar light was
removed and the solar lights were removed from all poles and sat
aside for city salvage at the end of the day. 6 trucks returned to
site for a second trip to Kettleman. Catherine found no items of
archeological significance and Elsa had no concerns regarding
the soil management expressed to Kitchell during the day. No
accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell.
