1 Tally Richtsmeier No Kitchell, Coastal, and Edwards arrived on site at 6:45 AM. No
construction noise was made prior to 7 AM. Rincon Soils Monitor
arrived on site at 7 AM and started handing out waste manifests
to truck drivers. Tribal Monitor and Rincon Archeologist arrived on
site around 7:30 am. 8 trucks were sent to Kettleman in the
morning and 7 trucks returned in the afternoon for a total of 15
trucks. 1-foot excavation continued by the Northeast corner lot.
No concerns were expressed to Kitchell by Rincon. No items of
archeological significance were reported to Kitchell. No accidents
or incidents were reported to Kitchell.
