1 Tally Richtsmeier No Kitchell, Coastal, and Edwards arrived on site at 6:45 AM. No
construction noise was made prior to 7 AM. Rincon Soils Monitor
arrived on site at 7 AM and delivered waste manifests to truck
drivers. Tribal Monitor and Rincon Archeologist arrived on site
around 8:00 am. 6 total trucks were sent to Kettleman. Palm
street fence was fallen down in the morning and team worked to
remedy. Edwards will be installing measures to mitigate in the
future. 1-foot excavation continued by the Northwest corner lot
and stockpile is shifting east as Edwards prepares for ramp
removal and soil removal underneath ramp. No concerns were
expressed to Kitchell by Rincon. No items of archeological
significance were reported to Kitchell. No accidents or incidents
were reported to Kitchell.
