1 Tally Richtsmeier No Kitchell, Coastal, and Edwards arrived on site at 6:45 AM. No
construction noise was made prior to 7 AM. Rincon Soils Monitor
arrived on site at 7 AM and delivered waste manifests to truck
drivers. Tribal Monitor and Rincon Archeologist arrived on site
around 8:00 am. 7 total trucks were sent to Kettleman. 1-foot
excavation continued by the Northwest corner and Edwards is
preparing for ramp removal and soil removal underneath ramp.
Site was walked with Coastal, Edwards, and the City to form a
punch list for any remaining items on site that need to be
addressed. See daily log photos with items of trash, etc. that were
pointed out to Edwards. It was also noted to slope Monterey
Street at a 2-1 slope to leave the site in a suitable condition. No
concerns were expressed to Kitchell by Rincon. No items of
archeological significance were reported to Kitchell. No accidents
or incidents were reported to Kitchell.
