1 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton and Kitchell arrived onsite a roughly 6:45 and no noise
producing activities began before 7am. Work onsite was primarily
focused around grading for the drill rig along the eastern property
line. Other work included removal of the sidewalk along Palm
Street. While saw cutting workers were seen using appropriate
dust mitigation.
Rincon and the Tribal Monitor worked along side the grading
contractor and no issues were brought to Kitchell's attention.
No accidents or incidents were brought to Kitchell's attention
today.
