1 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton and KITCHELL arrived on site around 6:45 and no
construction noise was produced before 7:00am. Work consisted
of removal of the wood fences along the Eastern property line
with work starting at 7 and was confirmed complete at 10:45 by
KITCHELL staff. Other work included installing BMPs after this
week’s grading. Both representatives from Rincon and the Tribal
Monitor worked half days as there was no disturbing dirt after the
fence removal.
KITCHELL walked the temporary fences that were installed after
the removal of the wood fence. Any remaining work on the temp
fences were communicated to Swinerton and they had already
made plans to correct them the following day.
No issues or accidents were reported to KITCHELL today.
