That portion of Lot 31 of the California Park Subdivision as shown on the map of the California
Park, filed December 2, 1919, at Page 36, in Volume 3, in the office of the County Recorder in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, California, also being a portion of the
property described in the deed from Mark Edward Godfrey and Karen Lee Godfrey to Sierra
Vista Hospital, Inc., recorded April 1, 1998, as Document Number 1998 - 018520 and shown on
the map filed in Book 81 of Records of Surveys at Page 31, and a portion of the property
described in the deed from Robin L. Rossi to Sierra Vista Hospital, Inc., recorded October 26,
2001, as Document Number 2001- 083565 lying northerly and northwesterly of the following
described line:
Commencing at the most easterly corner of said property described in said deed, Document
Number 1998 - 018520 and shown on said Record of Survey; thence along the westerly and
northerly lines of the property so described and shown
a. North 6 °14'26" East, 8.675 meters (28.46')
b. North 33 °01'47" East, 15.904 meters (52.18') to the southeasterly right -of -way of
