1 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, and Griffith arrived onsite before 6:45am and
no noise producing activities started before 7am. At roughly 7am
Rincon and the tribal monitor arrived. Traffic signage and flaggers
were seen in place along Palm street where the work was taking
place. Dirt export from the north western corner of site began. A
reported total of 60 truck loads at roughly 18-19 tons per truck
were removed from site. Waste tickets will be provided to the City
at a later date for confirmation of that number. At roughly 2pm
Kitchell was notified of a large concrete "footing" onsite. Rough
measurements of the block are 18feet long by 4 feet wide. The
depth is unknown at this time but extends at least 4 feet down.
This appears to be an extra and any additional work will be noted
on T&M but a back check of the documents will be preformed to
ensure this is not in the contractors scope.
No notable findings from Rincon or the tribal monitor were noted.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell.
