1 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, and Griffith arrived onsite at 6:45, no noise
was produced before 7am. Rincon and the tribal monitor arrived
at 7am. Work proceeded with off haul of soils using the Palm
street side. Traffic signage was in place and flaggers were seen
on both sides of the work areas. Roughly 39 trucks were taken
offsite today to Avenal. No findings were reported from the
archeologist or the environmental scientists.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
