1 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, and Griffith arrived onsite around 6:45 and no
noise producing activities occurred before 7:00am. Rincon and
the tribal monitor arrived at 7:00am. Work proceeded with off haul
of soils to Avenal and Cold Canyon. Roughly 55 trucks left site
today with dirt removed from the middle portion of the western
project boundary. Trucks got backed up along Nipomo street and
Swinerton was notified. Swinerton took quick action to help
correct the issue and notified the team that alternate staging
areas had been selected to avoid the issue in the future.
Swinerton was directed to remove the concrete "footing" that was
discovered onsite Monday 2/12 on T&M.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
