1 Ryan Stefanek No KITCHELL, Swinerton, and McMahon arrived onsite around 6:45
and no construction noise was produced before 7:00am. Work
was primarily around lay out and off load of equipment for the
shoring wall on the eastern property line. Swinerton informed
Kitchell at around 9:00 am that the layout of the wall would impact
the property owner on the south east side of site more than
originally anticipated. Kitchell set up a meeting with both the City

arborist and the property owner to discuss the current property
line and the vegetation and trees that will be impacted. The
property owner was agreeable to further removal of vegetation at
the southern end of the wall by his evergreen tree. The other
impacted item was a roughly 12”-16” diameter tree that the
property owner was ok with removing but asked for compensation
and a new tree. KITCHELL let him know they would convey this to
the City and keep him updated. The city arborist was in
agreement with this approach and reiterated the importance of
monitoring the boring holes near the evergreen at the southern
end of site.
KITCHELL meet with Swinerton again about the eastern retaining
wall and held a call with Watry. Watry confirmed that the retaining
wall along the eastern property line was to parallel grid line D as
shown in the SH sheets. Swinerton informed Kitchelll that they
would reconfirm survey tomorrow.
