1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No 3 Piles were drilled today. 1 hole was filled with slurry, other two
were not. See attached tracking log for more detail.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton, Kitchell, and McMahon arrived onsite around 6:45
and no construction noise was produced before 7 am. Rincon,
Earth Systems, and the tribal monitor all arrived around 7am.
Drilling continued for placement of the soldier beam piles. Due to
issues with the drill rig only 3 piles were drilled this today.
Additionally onsite the trimming of the hedge on the eastern
property line bordering the apartment complex parking lot was
completed. After trimming was finished, a metal chain link fence
in the hedge was identified as being in the way of the future work
for the permanent retaining wall. Work was coordinated with the
city for the fence and hedge to be removed tomorrow.
Coordination and confirmation of the work was preformed by
KITCHELL both by phone and email with Kim the next door
property owner.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
