1 Tally Richtsmeier No This morning, McMahon crew worked on moving materials and
equipment around site to prep for next week. No work was
performed on the retaining walls. Crews left around 8 am.
2 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Cones

3 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, and McMahon arrived onsite around 6:45 with
no noise producing activities occurring before 7:00. Make ready
work and clean up onsite was preformed. Kitchell staff witnessed
water being discharged into the street from the water truck. The
City then informed Kitchell that both recycled water and potable
water is not allowed to be discharged into the street. This
message was passed along to Swinerton via email.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
