1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence added on south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No Soldier Piles P-11 and P-13 were drilled, pile set, and filled with
concrete at the base. No slurry was placed today. See attached
tracking log. L-angle supports had been drilled into the existing
retaining wall for additional support. Deadmans and Shoring
braces had been removed. Minor excavation continued from
roughly Pier 27 to Pier 17 to facilitate the next the course of
lagging. Excavation continued East to West in the same area.
(See photos for reference). No new equipment on site. See daily
log photos. No documented deliveries on site.
3 Ryan Stefanek No
Kitchell, Swinerton, Griffith, and McMahon arrived onsite around
6:45 with no noise being produced before 7am. Rincon, Earth
Systems, and the Tribal Monitor arrived around 7. Work on the
retaining wall continued with the drilling of piers for the retaining
wall and excavation for lagging. Out of an abundance of caution
additional orange fencing was placed at the apartment complex
parking area to keep people further away from the existing
retaining wall and drill rig.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
