1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence added on south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, Griffith, and McMahon arrived onsite around
6:45 with no noise being produced before 7am. Rincon, Earth
Systems, and the Tribal Monitor arrived around 7. Work on the
retaining wall continued with the drilling of piers for the retaining
wall and excavation for lagging continuing further south where the
storm water chambers will be installed. Water was discharged into
the street with Swinerton providing PH and turbidity readings that
were within the acceptable range.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
3 Tally Richtsmeier No Soldier Piles 12 and 14 were drilled, pile set, and backfilled with
concrete and slurry, completing the pile portion of the retaining
wall. No deliveries were recorded today, and no new equipment
was brought on site.
