fence added on south end of apartment parking lot. See photos

2 Tally Richtsmeier No Tieback machine was delivered to site around 7 AM. Misc.
materials were also delivered to site to prepare for tieback
installation expected next week Wednesday 4/10. No other work
took place today.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, and McMahon arrived onsite around 6:45 with
not noise producing activities occurring before 7am. As no
inspection or soil disturbing activities were being preformed no
consultants were onsite. The days activities were around delivery
or materials and clean up on the site in anticipation of rain.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
