1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence in place at south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, Griffith and McMahon arrived onsite around
6:45 with no noise producing activities occurring before 7am. As
no soil disturbing activities were being preformed no consultants
were onsite. Earth System soils engineer and IOR were both
onsite to observe make ready work by McMahon.
Griffith continued with off haul of soils off Palm street and traffic
plan was in place per City Standards.
McMahon's team was onsite preforming make ready work for
tieback installation starting tomorrow. Additional work was done to
the design change related to soldier beams 10, 11, and 12 with
prepping of the steel I beam.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
3 Tally Richtsmeier No Main work activities as described was soil off haul and additional
work to prepare for tieback installation expected tomorrow 4/11.
Air compressor on site now for tieback installation. Crane was
temporarily moved to Palm Street in the No Park zone at the end
of the day for pickup tomorrow. No other equipment changes or
deliveries were noted.
