1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence in place at south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No Tieback work began today on beam 13. Grout installed in the one
tieback 13; post grout will take place tomorrow 4/12. Off-haul
activities continued as well with trucks starting on Palm around
7:00. No new equipment or deliveries today.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Kitchell, Swinerton, Griffith and McMahon arrived onsite around
6:45 with no noise producing activities occurring before 7am.
Rincon and the Tribal monitor arrived around 7:00 along with
Earth System soils engineer and IOR who were onsite to oversee
tieback installation. EOR for the shoring wall was also onsite to
oversee the installation of the first tie backs.
Griffith continued with off haul of soils off Palm street and traffic
plan was in place per City Standards.
McMahon's team drilled and grout one tieback today.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
