1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence in place at south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No Tieback work began at Beam 15, however, the hole was only
drilled partially due to hose leaks and tieback machine issues.
Mechanical issues are working to be resolved, but in the
meantime the hole that was drilled was filled with grout to avoid
collapse. McMahon drill rig was picked up from the site around 8
am this morning. Griffeth graded and stockpiled soil until about
noon today, starting at 8 am. No deliveries or new equipment on
site.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton, Kitchell, and McMahon arrived onsite around 6:45am
with no noise was produced before 7am. McMahon started work
by preparing to drill tie backs. Around 10am Kitchell was notified
that work could not proceed with drilling as there was a
malfunctioning hose connection on the drill rig. Replacement part
time is unknown as of this time.
Griffith arrived on site around 8am, after McMahon's drill rig was
demobilized, to begin stock piling dirt. Dirt was removed from the
north east corner of site but nothing was off hauled today.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
