1 Tally Richtsmeier No Post grouting took place on tiebacks14, 19, and 21.
Drilling continued on tieback 18 until drilling stopped because of
section of casing had broken. Repair of casing is expected
tomorrow 4/23. Lagging took place between beams 14 and 16.
Meanwhile, Smith continued dry utility work on Dana Street,
trenching to prepare for placement of the PG&E pull box.
Deliveries included temporary shoring for Smith and misc. conduit
and PVC sweeps for Smith.
No other equipment or material deliveries.
2 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Smith MEP traffic
plan in place on Dana St. Temp fence and screen in-place
between site and apartment parking area. Snow fence in place at
south end of apartment parking lot. See photos for further detail.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton, Kitchell, Smith and McMahon arrived onsite around
6:45 with no construction noise occurring before 7am. Smith
continued with work on Dana street focusing on the PG&E vault in
the side walk. McMahon started with maintenance on their
equipment and some lagging. Around noon post grouting of
previously grouted tiebacks occurred. Drilling was continued on
tieback 18 but a piece of casing sheered off stopping drilling at
around 3pm.
