1 Ryan Stefanek No
Swinerton, Kitchell, McMahon, and Smith arrived onsite before
7am and no noise producing activities occurred before 7am.
McMahon began demobilizing equipment and cleaning up site. No
work occurred onsite after roughly 11:30am. Post grouting was
preformed on some of the southern most tie backs.
Smith continued work on Dana street with slurry back fill for
roughly 50% of the trenches on Dana and around the PG&E vault.
Continuation of work for conduits for communications and sand
backfill with utility marking tape. City inspector was onsite to
witness placement of slurry.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No Post grouting of P29, 30,31, 34, 35, 36,37,38, and 39 took place.
No stressing took place.
Approximately 20 yards of slurry was delivered for backfill of
Utilities on Dana Street.
No other new equipment or deliveries were noted.
3 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Smith MEP traffic
plan in place on Dana St. Temp fence and screen in-place
between site and apartment parking area. Snow fence in place at
south end of apartment parking lot. See photos for further detail.
