tiebacks 18 + 19
P20-21: second course lagging, bottom 2 boards and around
tiebacks 20 + 21

Dry Utilities Slurry on Dana St.
First truck arrived at 11:10am
Second truck (5yds) at 11:20am
Observed Smith MEP placement of slurry starting at W Dana
trench and around AT&T and Charter boxes, and cutouts.
See photos for further details.
3 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Smith MEP traffic
plan in place on Dana St. Temp fence and screen in-place
between site and apartment parking area. Snow fence in place at
south end of apartment parking lot. See photos for further detail.
4 Tally Richtsmeier No Lagging, drain rock sections, slurry, and pvc pipe placement
continued working North to South starting roughly at beam 20.
See daily log photos for reference. Slurry placement took place on
Dana Street as well as some layout on East Nipomo Street for
Dry Utility work. No other deliveries were noted other than the
slurry. No new equipment on site.
5 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton, Kitchell, McMahon, and Smith arrived onsite before
7am and no noise producing activities occurred before 7am.

RFI 61.2. Slurry backfill was placed above the burrito wrapped
crushed rock, with some concerns from the IOR (see their daily
reports).
Smith continued work on Dana street with communications
conduits and sand backfill. Also slurry was poured around 11am
on the previously covered communications conduits.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
