Swinerton, Kitchell, McMahon, and Smith arrived onsite before
7am and no noise producing activities occurred before 7am.
McMahon continued work on stressing tieback 26. By end of day
all tiebacks had been stressed. At roughly 11:00am an excavator
arrived onsite to begin removing the final lift in front of the
retaining wall. By end of day soils was being removed from the
northern most corner at Palm street with an anticipated time
frame of 3 days for dirt removal this week.
Due to subcontractor issues, no work on the site pad is
anticipated to occur this week.
Smith continued work on Dana street removing a majority of the
trench plates in the street and all of the trench plates on the
sidewalks. Smith cleaned up the area for any slurry overpour and
broom swept the sidewalk and street.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No McMahon began the day with performance testing of Tieback 26.
No concerns were brought to Kitchell's attention regarding the
performance testing.
Griffeth did not show up on site as expected and Swinerton rented
an excavator for McMahon to begin the next lift of soil at the
lagging. This was delivered around 11:30 AM.
Trench Plates were removed from Dana street by Smith.
3 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence in place at south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
