1 Meghan Schmeiser No Walked perimeter; approved signage in-place. Fence screen still
down in areas due to previous weather events. Temp fence and
screen in-place between site and apartment parking area. Snow
fence in place at south end of apartment parking lot. See photos
for further detail.
2 Tally Richtsmeier No PG&E Pull Box was set on West side of Nipomo.
McMahon continued excavating next lift below existing lagging.
Voids were noticed in shotcrete that was previously placed above.
Reference IOR reports and daily log photos.
No new equipment was delivered, and the only material delivery
was the PG&E Pull box that was set today.
3 Ryan Stefanek No Swinerton, Kitchell, McMahon, and Smith arrived onsite before
7am and no noise producing activities occurred before 7am.
McMahon continued work on removing soil along the retaining
wall with a majority of soils being removed all the way to Monterey
street. At roughly 11:30 the IOR notified Kitchell and Swinerton
about voids occurring behind the lagging where slurry did not flow.
A deficiency notice was written by the IOR and photo
documentation of those voids are in this daily report.
Due to subcontractor issues, no work on the site pad is
anticipated to occur this week.
Smith set the PG&E vault on the west side of Nipomo and traffic
impacts are anticipated to start tomorrow.
No accidents or incidents were reported to Kitchell today.
