Description of work:
Met on site with Richard Simmer, David Bowen and Bryce Crespin to discuss pothole work completed to date; including contract and/or extra work for potholing.
Garrett Otto arrived on site to discuss underground conditions discovered during potholing activities.
1. The proposed Pull Box #6 seems to be too large for the area given the presence of existing AT&T/Charter conduits.
2. The proposed location of the Communications trench on lower Broad will cross a PG&E conduit.
Garrett was requested to contact PG&E regarding possible use of a smaller Pull Box. The crossing of the proposed conduits over a PG&E conduit should not be a concern. However, PG&E
will be notified.
