Description of work:
Pothole continued for the PG&E conduit coming out of the Transformer Vault near Pull Box #6, and the AT&T conduit at the corner of Monterey and upper Broad Streets.
The conduit coming out of the transformer was not encased in concrete. The concrete previously discovered in this area was located only at the inside bend of the conduit.
Garrett Otto informed us that PG&E will allow a Pull Box #5, instead of a #6 Pull Box, to be installed in the sidewalk, north of the Transformer Vault at 975 Broad Street.
