Description of work:
Sawcutting began today, beginning at lower Broad. Import sand backfill material and cold-patch were stockpiled in Parking Lot 9.
I informed Davey Bowen that Neil Zakaria informed me that 5-foot horizontal sweeps should be used for the AT&T conduit. Davey telephoned Richard Simmer and informed him of Neil's request.
Richard Simmer, when he arrived on site, informed me that 5-foot sweeps were not necessary.
