Description of work:
Catherine Johnson was on site during excavations.
PG&E #5 pull box was set near in ground transformer on Broad Street. Conduits were tied into Pull Box and In-ground transformer. Conduit trench was backfilled, compacted and section
of Class 2 concrete was placed from intersection of Broad/Monterey to the in-ground transformer. Excavation between in-ground transformer and #5 pull box was backfilled and compacted.
