PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS UPON REQUEST OF CITY rk/Recorder - - —8K 8/05/2005 10:22 AM Titles: 1 Pages: 2 Fees 10.00 Taxes 0.00 Others 0.00 PAID 810.00 WHEREAS, the undersigned own certain real property commonly known as 1707 Calle Joaquin, and WHEREAS, the undersigned have requested and been granted a temporary exception by the Public Works Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said property conditioned upon execution of a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said improvements at such time in the future as the city may request same. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation,of certain public improvements consisting of: Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk along the Calle Joaquin Frontage to the approval'of the City's Public Works Director. 2. The South entrance to the site shall be reconstructed to the approval of the City's Public Works Director, if Calle Joaquin is ever extended to the South of the City Limits at the time of the recording of this document. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
