Summary: Onsite late am. I spoke with Bill F. and he asked that I test the joint trench and vaults at
different elevations. 95% compaction is required 6" above top of pipe per City of Slo Trench detail.
I observed the compaction of the 1st 1' lift over electrical pipe using a whacker then they placed
the 2 2" comm conduits then I tested the 1st lift over that and final lift to 10" BFS. All comp tests
taken today met passing requirements
