EQUIPMENT ONSITE:
Summary: Onsite am. I retested the failed compaction tests taken on 2/16/23 on the Comm line
trench and vault # 5 at different elevations. 95% compaction is required 6" above top of pipe per
City of Slo Trench detail. I also tested the fill being placed within trench along Broad street. All
retests and comp tests taken today met passing requirements
