Good afternoon!
To date, Rincon has provided 10 full days and 2 half days of archaeological monitoring.
Today, Tuesday 2/14/2023, the crew continued hydro vacuum excavation to dig around the ficus roots within the trench, as well as continued excavating the pit west of the tree on Broad
Street. The construction crew was able to break through underneath the roots and will attempt to run the conduit line through the trench tomorrow. Also planned for tomorrow is the
installation of the utility box/vault within the pit. Ground disturbance activities halted at 1:45 and the monitor left the site at 2:00.
