NOW THEREFORE,' inconsideration of the granting of permission to, temporanly:defer• installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the property frontage. The scope of work shall include the required ADA sidewalk extension behind the driveway approach. A public pedestrian easement shall be required in conjunction with these improvements. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction; The undersigned owner of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:. 1. Lots 60 and 61 of Mt. Pleasanton Square in the City of San Luis Obispo, according to map recorded November 7, 1923, in Book 3 at page 34 of Maps. 2. Assessors Parcel Number: 052- 175 -002 3.
