WHEREAS, the undersigned owns certain real property commonly known as 58 Chorro
Street, San Luis Obispo, California; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has requested and been granted a temporary exception by the
Public Works Director from the requirement of installing certain public improvements on said
property conditioned upon execution of a covenant by the property owner agreeing to install said
improvements at such time in the future as the city may request same.
NOW THEREFORE,' inconsideration of the granting of permission to, temporanly:defer•
installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Public sidewalk along the property
frontage. The scope of work shall include the required ADA sidewalk extension behind the
driveway approach. A public pedestrian easement shall be required in conjunction with these
improvements. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading,
drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and
replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction;
The undersigned owner of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis
Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice
from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is described as follows:.
1. Lots 60 and 61 of Mt. Pleasanton Square in the City of San Luis Obispo,
according to map recorded November 7, 1923, in Book 3 at page 34 of Maps.
2. Assessors Parcel Number: 052- 175 -002
3. Commonly known as 58 Chorro Street.
This covenant shall run with the- land "and shall 'be binding. upon the undersigned owner; his heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns.
