NOW,, HEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of Installing an ADA accessible sidewalk extension behind 'the existing driveway ramp per City and ADA Standards in effect at the time that construction is required. The required improvements may require the .:'owner /applicant to remove or relocate existing site improvements, including but not limited to the existing driveway approach, columns, on -site driveway paving materials and landscaping.
