Dear Mayor and Council members,
The proposal on your agenda to raise appeal fees is more than astonishing. Thousands of dollars to
participate in exercising the right of appeal will pretty much tell the public, “We don’t want to hear from you.”
You will have a process that few will ever be able to participate in. The public is given a “wink, wink, nod, nod.”
Sure, go ahead, appeal. If you can scrape up some big bucks.
You must be so full of yourselves and your decisions, so sure you are right, and the public be damned. This is
so disgusting, I can barely believe you are considering this.
