Record Description Hello. Our office represents James Rizzoli who was involved in a bicylist fatality accident on February 11, 2023 at 21:01 on Higuera Street near Prado Road in San Luis Obispo, CA. SLO Traffic Collision Report #230211070. The decedent is Gavin Matthew Robinson, d/b 11/21/2000 who was riding the bicycle. He was hit by Jorge Eduardo Torres, who fled the scene. Our insured hit Mr. Robinson accidently. We would like to obtain all records that the San Luis Obispo Fire Department has concerning this incident, including any reports, videos, photographs, body cam videos.
