BC3, T1, E2, E3, E4, E3471 dispatched to structure fire.
Upon arrival BC3 established Legacy IC to find 3 two-story single-family dwellings under construction heavily involved in fire.
IC declared a defensive strategy, a working incident, and requested a second alarm.
E4 assigned Div Alpha (A)
T1 assigned Div Charlie (C)
Incident objectives were to confine fire to buildings of origin, flow large water streams to extinguish fire, and protect
exposures.
E4 attempted to hook up to nearest hydrant and found it to be inoperable.
E2 assigned to Div C and water supply
ICP established at Heirloom and Froom Ranch
Staging established at Dalidio and Froom Ranch
Training 1 arrived and was assigned to assume Div A with E4 working for Div A.
E3471 assigned to assist with water supply and then report to Div C.

Utility company representatives from PG&E and So Cal were on scene and confirmed there was no utility service to any of the
addresses involved.
Second alarm units were assigned as follows: E15, E64, E5392 and T7545 were all assigned to Div A.
All units utilized multiple 1.75", 2.5" hand lines, as well as deck gun and elevated master streams to protect exposures and
extinguish fire.
Fire investigator requested and PD investigator requested.
Fire was extinguished and fire suppression crews rehabbed, recovered gear, restored equipment, and were released.

BC3, T1, E2, E3, E4, E3471 dispatched to structure fire.

Inspector/Investigator Joey Nau ).
Fire scene was tapped off and was secured by SLOPD overnight.
State OES was notified due to fire suppression water runoff, Control # 24-3381.
At 0800 on 06/12/2024 SLOFIST investigation team convened and initiated investigation.
At approximately 1500 on 06/12/2024, SLOFIST investigation team completed the onsite portion of investigation at all
addresses involved.
Construction site representative Chris Harris was advised that all fire resources were clear of incident location and scene was
released.
