NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: Relocate water meter servicing above stated address. The scope of work to include but not limited to removing e3dsting water meter, removing service line (from meter to property line), abandon meter lateral at water main (if single service), remove meter manifold (if dual service), install new water meter and lateral at the driveway serving the above stated address, repair and/or replace driveways as required, repair and/or replace sidewalks and landscaping as required. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed.
