FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Johnson DRT Associates, L.P., a California Limited Partnership (GRANTOR) hereby GRANTS to
the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable
easement for public utility purposes over a portion of Lot 5 of the Deleissiquez Tract in the City of
San Luis Obispo, and filed for record in Book A at Page 101 of Maps in the office of the San Luis
Obispo County Recorder, also described in the Corporation Grant Deed, Document No.
2003127515, filed for record on October 31, 2003, in the Official Records in the Office of the
County Recorder; of said County; the easement is more particularly described and shown in
attached Exhibit A.

A portion of Block 5 of the Delissigues Addition in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, as shown on map recorded.in Book A of Maps, at Page 101 in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found pin in a monument well at the centerline intersection of Johnson Avenue
and Ella Street running westerly;
Thence, along the centerline of said Ella Street, S 53 033'00" W, as shown on map recorded in
Book 4 of Surveys, at Page 28 in the office of said County Recorder, 72.92 feet,
Thence, leaving said centerline, S 36 027'00" E 30.00 feet to a point on the southeasterly right -of-
way line of said Ella Street. Said point also being the True Point of Beginning of a Public Utility
Easement;
Thence, leaving said right -of -way line, S 36 027'00" E 4.00 feet;
Thence, N 53 033'00" E 34.08 feet, to a point on the southerly right -of -way line of Johnson
Avenue. Said point also being a point on a curve, having a radius of 1.0.00 feet and being
concave southerly, and to which .point a radial line bears N 16 040'47" E. Said curve being a
portion of said Block 5 conveyed to the City of San Luis Obispo by deed recorded in Volume 1667
of Official Records, at Page 254 in the office of Said County Recorder,
Thence, westerly along said curve, through a central angle of 53 007'47 ", 9.27 feet to the end of
said curve, and to which point a radial line bears N 36 027'00" W, said point also being on the
southerly right -of -way line of said Ella Street as shown on said map;
Thence, along said right -of -way line of Ella Street, S 53 033'00" W 26.08 feet to the True.Point of
Beginning.
