FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, BT-
OH, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor -in- interest to SANJOVAL COMPANY
(GRANTOR) hereby GRANTS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a chartered municipal corporation
(GRANTEE), a four (4) foot non - exclusive easement for public pedestrian purposes over a portion
of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map CO 78 -33, in the County of San Luis Obispo, ,State of California,
Recorded July 31, 1979 in Book 28 at Page 50 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
said County, more particularly described in attached Exhibit A and shown on Exhibits B -1 and B -2
(the "Easement Area ").

An Easement for ingress and egress purposes over all that portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel
Map No. CO- 78 -33, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, recorded July
31, 1979 in Book 28, Page 50 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County described as follows:
Commencing at the most Northerly comer of said Lot, thence;
Along the right -of -way of Sacramento Drive South 47°25'02" East a distance of 19.99 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence;
South 42 034'58" West a distance of 4.00 feet, thence;
South 47 025'02" East a distance of 40.00 feet, thence;
North 42 034'58" East a distance of 4.00 feet, thence;
North 47025'02" West a distance of 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Said legal description is 4 feet Southwesterly and parallel with and at right angles to the
