This article makes some good points about why construction costs are so high in the U.S., using
elevators as an example.
Kevin, I’d like to offer this article to my fellow P.C. members, if appropriate.
Tyler, I’d like to also offer the story to the Community Development/Building Permits folks, again if
appropriate.
