The City of San Luis Obispo (“City”) received your request pursuant to the California Public Records
Act delivered via email on July 5, 2024.
No Responsive Records were found for your request.
Staff researched your request but were unable to locate the original blueprints for 321 Cuesta. The
only plans located for this address were from 2014 when when a small building was added on the
property. Staff suggests that you check with the County as their research determined that the City
annexed that area in 1951 and acquired the specific tract in 1955 (Tract #72 - Ferrini Subdivision).
The permits from the home look to have been issued in January 1955, therefore the County may
have retained the blueprints.
Please be advised that every effort has been made to search for all records which may fall within the
scope of your records request, and, as such, we believe our search is quite thorough. However, if you
have knowledge of a specific document which has not been provided in response to your request,
