Code §§ 6250 et seq., I write to request a copy of all full ?me employees’ first, middle (if available) and last names, including their job ?tle/posi?on, their campus/office loca?on, date of hire and email address. Please provide this informa?on in an electronic format such as Excel or .csv, pursuant to Cal. Gov. Code § 6253.9. We are compiling a popula?on tally of all employees in the state separated by individual roles and responsibili?es. This informa?on is subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act. See, e.g., San Diego County Employees Re?rement Assn. v. Superior Court, 196 Cal. App. 4th 1228, 1236-1237 (Cal. App. 4th Dist. 2011); Internet. Federa?on of Prof. & Technical Engineers, Local 21, AFL-CIO v. Superior Court, 128 Cal. App. 4th 586, 593 (Cal. App. 1st Dist. 2005). However, if you do not maintain these public records, please let me know which custodian does keep the informa?on, including their address. If you choose to deny this request, please provide a wri?en explana?on for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemp?on upon which you rely. If you contend that any por?on of the material is exempt from disclosure, redact the exempted por?ons and provide copies of the nonexempt informa?on. I agree to pay all reasonable copying and postage fees. Please provide a receipt indica?ng the charges for each document. As provided in the Public Records Act, Sec. 6253(c), please send your response within ten business days, including up to fourteen days as provided by Government Code sec?on 6253.
