chartered Municipal Corporation, as GRANTEE, an irrevocable easement for public pedestrian
purposes over a portion of the property described as Exibit - C, in the Official Records in the
Office of the County Recorder, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of

thereof, containing 33 square feet, more or less and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwesterly Comer of the land described in the deed to Rex E. Davis and
